Who We Are
The vision for starting Loving Hands LLC started when the founders, Enid and Charles Lusagala and were working in the field of caring for individuals with intellectual disabilities. With over four decades of combined experience in the field of disability service, they developed the desire and passion to make the vision come to life. In 2023, it was finally founded.
Our primary motivation in starting Loving Hands LLC as a Home Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver provider is to coach, teach, and provide quality care to adults with IDD. We also want to give them opportunities to know and exercise their individual rights and fully experience the life they desire in the community. Through a person-centered plan and by respecting their preferences, choices, and abilities, we support the individual's needs and desires. While we acknowledge that we won’t be able to solve all the problems that they experience, we hope that Loving Hands LLC will move the needle in the right direction. With our humble but well-intended efforts, we are hopeful of contributing towards more education, the exercise of individual rights, the achievement of personal goals, a positive community experience, and more community inclusion.
